This is his August 1971 reenlistment ceremony.

In August of 1971, USS Ray was undergoing an overhaul at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth VA.  QM2(SS) Harry ("The Navigator") reenlisted aboard the ships barge.  Mister Collins went on to obtain an Officer's rating in the Merchant Marine, and retired as LT. USN-R
